TCP has always been committed to our youth and our community serving on various boards and volunteer groups. Because of this service, we recognize both a business and service opportunity. In 2008, we established a pilot program with three students who had a career goal related to such areas as technology or the graphic arts. Presently,we have a number of students who are enrolled in college programs and working flexible hours that allow them to grow professionally and personally.
