Welcome to TCP Learning’s Blog

I think winter wear is communal. You get some gloves and a scarf from a lost-and-found box, wash them, wear them for a while until you lose them. Then somebody else does the same thing.” by Adrian Grenier

Thank you Adrian Grenier! I know that I am going to think of this quote when I am hunting for my gloves.

Well other than always losing and looking my gloves this January, (very sad segue) I have been having great conversations with my partners about this very topic — but not gloves but learners…keeping them motivated so they finish the course, the module, some times even the topic!

It is the elephant in the room…or maybe the lost glove…(sorry I keep pushing this) that all of us in online learning don’t like to talk about. And as I began my regular blogging for 2015, I am hoping that we can begin to address this topic and maybe share some techniques and thoughts about re-thinking our designs.
